Easy
The easy version of this challenge will provide you with not only the IQ
data, but also precomputed time differences. Use this information to find a
latitude and longitude of the transmitter. This location should be accurate
within 100 meters.

Reference Receiver: RX ALPHA
The reference receiver is the receiver everything else is measured agaist. Typically you would choose the one closest to the transmitter. It won't always be "RX Alpha".
Offsets:
This is the delay, measured in samples, each receiver is seeing compared to the reference.
- RX ALPHA: 0 Samples - This is the reference, delay should aways be zero
- RX BRAVO: 313 Samples - This receiver heard the signal 313 samples after RX Alpha
- RX CHARLIE: 743 Samples - This receiver heard the signal 743 samples after RX Alpha
